I'm happy again- somebody help me!

Actually, I know why I'm happy today and part of it is pretty stupid. A girl I saw for a few weeks in January sent me a mail last week, I got back in touch, and we've caught up on each other. She's told me how she's made a complete mess of her life since we split up (not on my account, I should say) and while it's proved what I always suspected about her, I still kinda have feelings for her.

I don't think anything's gonna happen, 'cos I've realised I want different things from a gf these days that she doesn't have, but she still is hot and knowing she still cares about me makes me happy in a really superficial way.

Apart from that:

*My dad sent me a little Damien Rice CD today

*I have worked out how to use the computer rooms at uni, (now that I don't really need them any more)

*The cute redhead on reception in the language department's son has the same name as me, and his mum did some photocopying for me for free today

*I have now finished 2 of 6 classes I have to do this semester and I only have to do 1 more essay to finish the 3rd.

*I have taught myself how to make curries. I've had 3 in a week and I'll make another one with the leftovers tomorrow. mmm...

All of these things have made me about as happy as I've been since August. About bloody time.
Please God, don't let it end this week.
