England are out of the European football championships. Seeing as everything kicked off after a essentially inconsequential game against France last week, I dread to think what's gonna happen tonight...

Apart from that, I got a call from a friend who works at the bookstore I applied to work in, on Monday evening- transpires they'd managed to lose my resume/application over the weekend so I handed in another one on Tues and I think I'll check they haven't lost this one tomorrow. I really want this job, so it's best to give myself the best chances!
