Tonight it happened. I received a booking for 2 people who want me to create a 15 course vegan menu...and just to make it a little more fun, they have also advised me that they don't eat gluten...they are coming in tomorrow night. I have just put in a new menu today, and before I even get a chance to fully lock it in..I have this on top..I am dead tired, I have lost my sense of humour (If anyone finds it I will pay them a fiver to return it), I have my brother telling me that I should be buying my own apartment by now and thinking about children and now I have to write this little gem before I go nie-nights....I must have done something wrong in a previous life to deserve this fate...whatever it is i did,..i hope it was wicked enough to justify this next 24 hours.
