it's official. we're going to be moving around oct/nov. in the mean time we're going to keep on packing our junk and cleaning out stuff. we'll be renting out our current place, so if any of you want to move to the sf bay area, rent my cute housie 
in other news... the one deal i've been waiting to close.. is such a huge headache. it was supposed to close a week ago, but unforseen circumstances has delayed its closing until tomorrow. thank god, cuz i'm super low on funds.
the oakland bbq is this weekend.. it'll be the first SG event we'll be going to... can't wait!
