We had a BYOMeat Smoking Party during some recent 49er football game that I didn't really pay attention to. It took about 7 hours to smoke all that meat: pork ribs, pork tenderloin, beef brisket and sausages... but it was damn worth the wait. There aren't any photos once the meat was done smoking cuz we all dug in. One of the upstairs neighbors complained about the smoke, but I think she was really just jealous that she didn't get to sample any delicious smoked meat, cuz she could've just simply & easily just closed her fricken windows!
