I am terribly afraid of heights, but I found the strength to jump from a cliff straight into the abyss. My palms still sweat when I remember that day :D

I did something similar to you when I visited Costa Rica. I did the zip lines between trees hundreds of feet above the ground which was incredible. Even scarier than that was at the end of the day I did what was called a Tarzan Swing where you swing on a bungee hundreds of feet down and you come within inches of hitting the ground. It was such a rush!
