its funny how quickly a month will just zip by when compared to blogs ... in my mind i wrote my last blog 'just recently' and yet ... here we are, a month later!
so! whats new. very very busy week this week, ill give you a run down.
Last Friday
Nicole's birthday at a bar in the city, was good times
very glad that i arranged a guest list beforehand and everyone managed to get in
Last Saturday
i watched 'teeth' during the day *squirm* then Nic's Little sisters Birthday party ... bowling with a bunch of 15 year olds. was very painful and one of the staff members there recognised the shirt i was wearing from the bar that i take photos at, and suddenly we were best friends, no matter how much i hinted that i was not interested in being their friend

hmmm im trying to remember what i did ... oh yes, went and got some dvds, and played monopoly while watching 'toy story 2' and the 'land before time 1' .... i dont care who you are, if you dont cry when littlefoot's mother dies, you arent human.
Monday
Arrived to find a tonne of work on my desk that had to be finished by friday .... and didnt start it, instead Nic surprised me at work and she and i went out for lunch, i dont think i did anything Monday night, i cant remember. most likely layed on my bed and watched a dvd.
Tuesday
Again, didnt touch the massive pile of work, instead searched websites and made phone calls to organise a ron burgundy costume for Halloween at my bar on friday. Managed to con my mother into going to a thrift store far out of town and finding a perfect jacket
, Nic came over that night for cuddles while watching Anchorman and Friends on dvd.
Wednesday
Actually did some work and got what i needed to do for the week finished in one day, leaving me free of work for the rest of the week, Wednesday night headed straight from work into the city to see 'Wicked' for the 2nd time with Nic and her little sis, caught up with some friends i saw there during intermission, came home, made a midnight sammich, ate it and slept.
Thursday (Today)
The new mexican place thats been 'opening soon' for months just two doors up from work opened today, was a very exciting morning, only to be a massive let down when we discovered they overcharged us $20, forgot one of our burritos and everything was cold and tasted like crap. fail 'latin taste cafe' ... fail. oh but on another night i managed to source a good ron burgundy esque wig and moustache for my costume friday. woo.
Tonight ive got a job shooting a Masquerade ball, again straight after work, i have about 25 minutes to shower, shave, suit up, get my equipment together and get across town. i really cant be bothered with it all, but it pays the bills!
Friday
As far as i can predict, tomorrow will consist of coming to work and post-processing the photos i took the night previous, maybe a little more data entry of the extra stuff the warehouse guys are finding and stocktaking as we speak, and just killing time till 5 so i can get out of here, go home, make sure my costume is all hunky dory and heading to the supermarket to buy decorations and candy, then to my pub to set up for halloween night. if all goes to plan there should be lots of costumed people drinking alcohol, ill do my usual photo taking of drunk people while getting drunk myself. cant wait.
Saturday
ok so. saturday morning i should be waking up late and hung over, find some alcohol recovery food and get myself cleaned up. Nic and I are going away up the country from Saturday - Monday so while she is busy at dancing ill drag myself to the supermarket and stock up on supplies for the trip (mostly junk food and two minute noodles) saturday afternoon/evening we will head up to my place up in the bush.

Fun times with the girlfriend at Daylesford
Monday
More fun times with the girlfiend at Daylesford. heading back home sometime in the evening in time for Nic's dance rehersal, ill probably head to the pub and get her to meet me there when she is done.
Tuesday
Melbourne Cup Day!
no idea what im doing yet ... possibly going to Melton to a barbeque a friend of a friend is having (thats what everyone else is doing) but alcohol will be involved, thats for sure. alcohol and horses.
