Cooking with Leebus!!!

This is a blog mainly for Riz but hey ... you can read it if you want biggrin

but anyway, i got some awesome ingredients today from the south melbourne market ... so i decided to make a scrumptious pizza for lunch ... enjoy!

Pizza Yummyness

Starting with the trust pizza oven and blender, as well as souvlaki pitta to serve as a base

I put some canned tomatos and some capsicum in the blender to make the sauce


Nice dose of mozzarella


I prefer my olives cut up and distributed amongst the pizza, as opposed to big chunks all over the place, so i chucked a few in the blender

on to the meat, nice coating of shredded ham


a little blurry, but some great semi-sundried tomatoes i picked up ... delish


On with the salami, drizzle of garlic and some more mozzarella for good measure

chuck that baby in the oven for 5 - 8 minutes

and heres one we prepared earlier ...
