OMFG! I hope this works out!

Me and my brother might rent Lorelei's house! I'm so excited! It's in the perfect location & everything! And it would be the perfect living situation for all of us! And I could have MetalEric over a lot more often.

But, in order for us to get the house, we'd need 1 or 2 more people to move in with us. So if you're looking to move & are resposible & trustworthy, is not a partier & does not do drugs & would be willing to help us out, Let me know.

If things work out, We could possibly be moved in by my birthday!

So, hopefully, I'll be telling Lorelei that we'll take it.

Here's a description of the house....

it is a whole, detached home

3 bedrooms plus a finished basement that has
also funtioned as a bedroom many times before.

1 full bath, plus another toilet in the laundry
room.
washer/dryer, and all kitchen appliances stay.
big eat-in kitchen
2 car garage

you can PAINT any rooms of the house anything you like!

it's going for
900/mo + utils
(so if you had 3 people living there, it'd only
be 300 each...if you had 4 it would be as cheap as
225 each)
and it will be available starting june.
Deposit is 450.
