Eric's grandfather passed away about an hour and a half ago. He just called and told me about an hour ago.

I love you, Eric. I'm here for you no matter what....You know that. I just wish I drove so I could be there with you. I know I only met your Grandpa once, but this is affecting me deeply, because me & you are so close in many ways. But, I already told you this & more, so I'm gonna shut up now.
