And another month of insanity comes to a timely close, mountains of bullets fired, many a wooden door blown to bits, and all that, with no one entirely too mangled or maimed in the process (+/- a broken hand from an excess of enthusiasm and deficit of aim when using a ram on a contrary door . . .).

Now for some much deserved rest...

Damn iPod is insane. My modest 2 gig Nano, intended purely for jogging entertainment, has an equally modest 250 songs on it and it is not even half full yet. I'm running out of songs I could possibly want to hear while sweating, hurting, and hating life . . .

Um, no. My friend Jon who thinks professional wrestling is fun and entertaining television has a different prespective. That has not prompted me...

Lovely, cold rain today. Very nice change of pace. Makes one want to go out and go wandering, but luckily I do think I will be working outside today unless my coworker backs out on the whole plan due to the rain.

That said, thank god for goretex.

Yesterday I set out to obtain a membership at Gold's Gym locally, committed to not spending an arm and a leg, likewise committed to getting access superior to the free crap gym where I live that comes complete with the gym Nazi who considers any music channel on the televisions to be some insidious and evil influence that has no place anywhere near where people...

Slow, slow, slow. Work goes from zero to sixty abruptly, and stays there for weeks, but it also goes from sixty to zero so fast you can bust your teeth on the steering wheel if you're not ready for it.

All our temporary instructors and support are gone, making the building seem half empty.

I have nothing to do except surf, surf, surf and recover...
