I drove 4 hours to the middle of nowhere (Lemoore, CA anyone?) with a friend on Wednesday to see Aaron Lewis do his solo show. It was awesome! He did some covers, he even did a bit of backstreet boys 
Staind are back there in May, so I shall be going to that!
The trip was bizzare!! Seriously... Here's my bizzare list.. i'm fucked on Vicodin right now so excuse me.
My friend flaked on me last minute and I got stuck with a $50 ticket which they wouldn't refund and I couldn't sell.
There was a huge wreck with a truck on the way up, we went on a detour and didn't know where we were.
It's literally in the middle of nowhere and smelt like cow crap
The hotel even had pictures of cows in it
I drove to the casino where the gig was which was also in the middle of nowhere and also smelt like cow crap to find it absoloutely packed full of pervs trying to chat me up and taking pictures of me, it was beyond bizzare... I NEVER get that much male attention. I think they don't get out much.
We got smashed by 6pm, the show was at 8pm, and we were kind of hungover during the show, then carried on drinking again til about 1am. It got INSANELY cold there!
I drove to the hotel in the thickest fog I have ever seen in my life, I really thought I was going to kill us.
When we got back to the hotel there was a note stuffed in the key thing from a guy who said he saw us "jamins" from our room, wanted to hang out and chill, phone number included and he swears he never does this... are you kidding me?! I thought we could get raped and I was paranoid all night.
Then driving home i'm sitting in a bit of traffic waiting to turn onto the freeway when this woman behind me got distracted by her kid in it's car seat and rear ended me pretty damn hard, then threw a fit when I took pictures of the scene, her and her car and called the police to file a report (Yes I learnt from last time)

Oh, our seats weren't that great but I flirted with a nice security guy called Herman who sat us in the middle about 6 rows from the front
But it was so much fun!! I haven't laughed so much in a long time. We hung out with some cool people, but didn't take photos... here's a few photos I did get..
