well guys, i'm home from atlanta. i managed to see dylan, which was really great, electric, awesome. but everything else surrounding my trip ranged from irritating to horrible. suffice it to say atlanta is stuck in the dark ages. men seem to think it's perfectly acceptable to cat call me, lean out the windows of their pickup trucks and yell at me because i happen to be walking down the street, sit next to me on the train and introduce themselves while leering, hit on me as i try to purchase goods, and call me 'baby' and 'beautiful' as i pass them on the street. everytime i left the hostel i was harassed. i have never come into contact with as many creepy agressive people as i did in atlanta this weekend.

i truly feel sorry for women who grow up in the south. i seemed to be surrounded by drunk yelling trashy women who were doing anything possible to get drunk frat boys to notice them.

i left atlanta angry.



i feel shitty for being so judgemental.

but fuck, it sucked.
