I was still impressed thinking about my dream today so im gonna tell it like it happened. I think I know the exact meanings to it all but feel free to add your response to it:
***
Im walking back from Bromley to my aunts place and walk through Shortlands. I used to live round there and I still consider it my home. There is a bridge by the railway station that you have to pass under.
Im walking up to the bridge and there is literally no one else around. I can see lots of police cars around the entrance to the bridge. Their lights are flashing but not making noises and there are no policemen or policewomen around. It's calm; too calm.
I have a vague feeling of dread coming upto the scene and I have a gut feeling that there was a car crash and that people would be hurt or dead there. As I get closer I can see twisted metal and wreakage everywhere, there are no shells of cars though, it was like the cars exploded rather than crashed.
I dont want to really look up at what is under the darker area under the bridge but i do - 1) to avoid falling over on the metal and 2) I feel like I need to see something, even if it wont be pleasant.
I see a body in amongst the ruins. the head and shoulders are hidden but I can see most of the body is covered in blood. Its more thick and sticky looking than blood but I know that Im supposed to feel like it is genuine. Still feeling wary I carry on walking and look up once more.
I see another body. The body looks like a shop dummy, is not particularly male or female nor seemingly injured at all. The body is sat cross-legged but the real thing that stands out is the fact that it is arching it's head towards the skies and the eyes are really wide.
As soon as my gaze hits the eyes I feel (repeat- feel the line rather than see/hear it) these words in my head
You can tell they are dead by their eyes.

The whole thing sounds a bit terrifying and I woke up feeling really unnerved but I dont think the imagery was meant purely for nightmarish purposes. If it had been then the blood would have been more real and the injuries more shocking.
I didnt recognise the bodies and as soon as I passed the second one the dream ended because it seemed where i was heading was not important, it was the act of experiencing this.
