Like a bad horror movie baddie, you just cant get rid of me.
I went grey...because my old credit card ran out. It's shocking to see that SG didnt grind to a halt without my presence.

thanks to Libella for the email, and yes I am a rascal.

I've been listening to a lot of No Doubt recently. I realise they are a band that are not universally loved but I like 'em. I saw Gwen on TOTP doing a goddawful solo song and it made me do a sorrowful-Yoda-shake-of-the-head (come on Leon, Star Wars references are SO dated this week).

This album is great! I would concede that Tragic Kingdom is more consistant but its a great 'lost' album. The bass and drums still stand out but its a reminder that Gwen (first name terms huh?) did actually write decent lyrics in the past.
If this is all a bit lame music journalistic then sorry but I did have a couple of points to make:
1) It takes 30 years for Saturn to go around the sun so she tried to use this as a way to name the mental state she was in of 'assessing her life'. *nods*
2) Her lyrics are brutally open, painfully so. I'm like this a lot, I cant help but say the stuff most people keep hidden.
3)
Supervision is what I need
Some consistence, tangibility
Some casual light days
Part of the furniture
I want to take you for granted
And see you regular
So what you givin' up for me?
And what shall I give up for you?
The separations tired, it's been too long
And to make it real
I need to have you here
I need to have you
It can't be sincere
Unless you spend time here
I need to see you
I need you...
4) Pink hair is cool...

and thanks, i think chciks in black are hot too.
5 days to go, and we're seeing:
oh, and the other three.
No one wished you stayed grey.
Some of the solo stuff is annoying, on the new album when she goes away from the style No Doubt did well, I skip...
