Actually its pretty obvious how it happened, it happened cos ive eaten poorly, havent exercised and drank loads..yeah mystery solved.
Gonna have to get into the habit of my late night walks again I guess, the foxes that patrol my neighbouring streets need company..

Finally got the xmas present-buying bug and managed to buy stuff for most of my family. Still need to get some alcohol for my 96 year old Gran (she will finish it in one evening, no lie). Bought some more little things for my girl.

Been really happy for the last week, its been great. Been like a 8 year old who has drunk too much coke at a friends birthday party..Im hyper!!

Well after this weekend I think Spinky's Cab could be on the horizon although after 8 hours of moterways and traffic jams I was about ready to have a breakdown, when i finaly reach Liverpool my boy now thinks im crazy. Id like to say that was somthing new
