Inevitable. I was tagged by the delicious jeter and now you poor bastards have to put up with my random 20 points.

1. Im the black sheep of the family. I actually enjoy and live up to the role. I get called odd a lot. I seek out people who have a similar outsider mentality and get turned-off by people who are very secure about life and themselves. Previously I deleted two people off my friends list who I liked because I found their self-confidence overbearing (I dont want to read how 'hot' you believe you are!).

2. ahh, my friends list. There are 45 of you scumbags (hehe) of which: Ive met 16 of you, I fancy about a third of you all, I could imagine having a relationship with a handful, Ive snogged a couple and been engaged to/slept with/still love one of you. No, not you Forkandles..

3. Im a messy person. I dont take good care of much (unless its music-related). My last couple of cars have been scrapped or turned into a banger due to my lack of vehicle maintenance/loving.

4. Im paranoid about my weight, I weigh myself at least once a day. I used to weigh about 3 stone more and was very insular and depressed. Maybe it was an excuse to hid my demons behind the weight issue as Ive recently rid myself of my previous moody/insecure old-self over the last year. Im always looking for positives now.

5. I cant imagine having kids, although I think Id be an ok Dad. I want a black Labrador more, at this moment in my life anyway.

6. I have narrow bands of interest but Im very passionate about the things that do interest me. Its the same for most things music, films, books, TV, people. Im not a populist person and avoid being in groups that intrude on my personality.

7. Im different online than I am in reality. I can appear pretty bawdy in chats or on my journals but in real-life Im pretty calm. Ive spoken to a fair few people from this site on the phone and they usually say I sound softer than they imagined. Im very quiet meeting new people until I feel comfortable with them, then I start to open up to them. Unless I'm drunk and then I just try and grope them.

8. I dont really have any enemies. I doubt there is anyone out there that really hates my guts. I avoid conflict and Im never very interested in retribution, Id rather walk on and use my time more productively. Ive never been in a fight in my life. Why waste the energy honestly? One of my fave lyrics ever is "why do we have to assume that we're exactly the same?".

9. Ive travelled a fair bit. Ive been to Wales, Scotland, France, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Holland, Iceland, Germany, USA (Las Vegas, Florida, San Francisco, Boston, New Jersey & New York *2), Australia & Brazil. I find people from other cultures interesting, my family do too - my Dad's new wife and my brother's wife are both foreign.

10. My worst drinking experience ever is waking up on xmas day in tears at the pain of my hangover. My parents had gone away and me, my gf at the time, my cousin and his gf had been at the pub all night. We came back home, I raided the drinks cabinet, drank some skanky old whisky, smoked pot (only time Ive ever done this and it was purely to amuse the others), then I started on the Baileys and threw it all up everywhere in the downstairs toilet. It smelled for months in there. Nice.

I still like it though.

11. Im a geek. Its my Dads fault. We were raised playing computer games and he plays on his PS2 more than me. Im also hairy and crack lots of silly jokes because of him. From my Mum Ive inherited a sensitive disposition. My family are great, I love them dearlywell, apart from evil Stepmum.

12. I play airdrums a lot but cant play real drums. I played bass in a band for years and am pretty good at that. I wrote my own songs for awhile but they tended to be formulaic and too influenced by whatever band I was listening to most at the time. I can play the acoustic guitar ok but my singing voice is awful!

13. Keira Knightley makes me go very giddy and silly.

14. I dont understand when people say they wont tell people where their political allegiances lie. Im a liberal left-winger and I dont want to end up as a cynical dinosaur who reads the Daily Mail.

15. Growing up in a boys-only school led me to have a few homosexual experiences. Ive been masturbated by, and with, a boy but Ive never kissed a male and couldnt really imagine ever doing so. I still have the odd fantasies but they arent romantically-based.

16. Im upfront sexually but Im a romantic at heart and I do like being in serious relationships. I like seeing emotional layers peel away and becoming more and more open to the other person. I think Im quite a good boyfriend in the right relationship. I would never cheat on a partner; I had it happen to me and its horrible.

17. I cant cook to save my life. I love Chinese food more than anything else but Im quite happy to eat a lot of plain stuff, I dont have the patience to cook lovely stuff, it would not be appreciated enough.

18. I dont think its a tragedy if humans die out. Individual deaths are a tragedy but as a whole there are just too many fucking idiots out there!

19. Ive never been happy about the clothes Ive been wearing until this year. I never felt they expressed me enough. Ive experimented a bit with looks and recently found my niche and Im buying lots of Boss & Prada stuff. That sounds really wanky but I buy them cheap (they are still new) off of ebay. I did blow 250 on a coat the other day though. Eek.

20. Ive had 2 days off of work sick this week. Its a surprise because in the 5 years before that Ive only had one day off sick! My name and star sign means lion so that's why I'm so hard!
