I can see my "fuck around" time coming to an abrupt halt soon. I start my new job tomorrow and should have some semblance of a clear head when i get there. a modicum of a clear head at least.

Today however, I have wrapped up in a blanket and it feels comfortable enough for me to forsee that i am not changing anytime soon....

I have aproached a new level of nerd-dom. Note- As a quaifier I prefer geek to nerd or dweeb but nerd-dom was what what the hands that are against me typed.

If anyone wants a scathing diatribe on the differences and echelons of geek, nerd, dweeb I can get motivated to write about it sometime.

Anyway, I have begun studying for next term already. What...

My roomate found an old picture of me in one of my textbooks. It was all scratched up and had a few holes in it.

He touched it up and i think it is one of the greatest gifts i ever had. It was the only old pic of me i have because a house fire detroyed all of my photo'd past.

Noam Chomsky.

Well there is no doubt that Chomsky is a smart and articulate man. Some argue that he gets redundant with retelling the history of the United States. I don't see how redundancy (even if it were true...just a postulate mind you) is a problem when the issue is important to humankind.

The impatience with redundancy on an important issue...like war for instance, reflects...

Wow...

I was looking over my friends list and my.....you are all so pretty!

I think the realisation hit me subtly as a flying brick. It hit me hard and spread me thick.

Keeps me motivated though!

Hmmn...now i'll have to become rich and successful so you can all live on my future winery.

YAY for me!

David

Ok now...what is pretty....well I'm not sure to be honest.

I think that beauty and aesthetics is a subjective concept that is limitless when you can step outside of cultural boundaries and definitions.

Phew...holy run on.

Anyway, I look at your beauty much teh same way a sculptor might feel while cupping clay in his hands, convinced he has attained perfection or at least seen it.

The artist however can see it in every piece he dedicates himself to.

have you ever seen any Rodin or Michelangelo or a sculpture that was really amazing with respect to the human form? I wonder if the artist (in a non egocentric way) looked at the piece and could feel the same perfections the observer does.

Regardless, I wanted to elaborate somewhat. I didn't want the sentiment to be overlooked in what might be an overused word.

Wow you were right that is a picture I haven't seen before! It was actually more than I was expecting and I am still slightly overwhelmed. Some how seeing a picture of his gravestone seems more personal than seeing pictures of his life. .. odd as that is.

I also would like to commend your interesting and eloquent writing style. It's refreshing.

Fuck did i ever have strange dreams last night. One part i was going down a flight of stairs in tower one of the world trade center (my uncle worked for Cantor Fitzgerald as an investment banker for over 20 years and I lived in New york during the summers during high school). I was coming down the stairwell from the 104th floor and made...

Today has been nice and quiet.

My roomates have all run away for the day. I like my roomates but they have certain quirks that i find annoying.

The one is very spacey, and uses "finding the essence" in almost every sentence. it is a catch phrase mind you, as he gets caught up in spacing out rather than tapping into any potential he might...
