I like to just take a walk out in the woods and listen to nature.  the birds, the wind, watch the clouds, get away from the noise pollution, be unplugged and just appreciate being alive and a part of all of the beauty of nature.  but then again I'm a born again hippie so it's part of my thing ya know?  Just take some time to unwind.  Go to Central park, prefreably in daylight hours, and not in the Ramble, and feed the ducks or the birds and enjoy the sun and sky.
