last night a friend took me out to see an excellent movie from China called "2046" (it's currently playing at the Granville 7). Every on should see this film (it is sub-titled). It's brilliant.

The lead character is a man who is hopeful, romantic & sad. Like a lot of men I have encountereed in my life..this character shares a quality/personal trait. The character believes that timing is everything, the grass is always greener on the other side and he still hasn't found what he's looking for.

At the end of the movie this song ran through my head. Yes, it's another Depeche Mode song but, I'm not using it in refrence to me. I'm using it in the context of the lead character.
