On Halloween Winnipeg is the only city in the world that has kids screaming this phrase instead of "Trick or Treat".

I grew up partialy in Alta and then to BC when I was 7 years old. I remember lots of kids yellin' Halloween Apples.... just not sure what province it was in..... :-) But I do know forsure it wasn't the Peg.
