Here is what I learned today and other random stuff.
- The prednisone works! Trombocytes are up to 132 already, after only 6 days of using it. Now we'll get off the meds really slowly, but I'll be off the prednisone by end of January, the doc wanted to make sure he doesn't screw up like the last one. The other blood results (the ones that are in already) were good, now we'll wait for the next week or so to get them all back. I have to check my blood every week now, for the time being. As long as this lady who did it today doesn't do it again, I don't care.
- Some cleaning ladies don't do it for the money, they mainly do it because they love the people they work for <3. So now my room (120 sq f) at my mums is all clean and waiting for me to get my furniture in there and unpack boxes.
- I absofuckinglutely (YES. It's ONE (1), word) LOVELOVELOVE my boy, Thrusterrr. He has been SO great once more, he was there when I needed him in August / September and he was here when I needed him this time around. He's a keeper, that's for sure.
- Yay for parents and helping you when you don't have a car
