Boston in the fall is just breathtaking. I love the crisp air, the wind, leaves everywhere... even the rain doesn't seem so bad. Alas, the Yankees won the world series. I ducked out of work at the sports bar at the bottom of the 9th as to not have to see everyone's disappointed faces and those lone few yankee fan cheers. Baseball can be so depressing. But, with autumn comes football, and I love my sunday bar shifts. I am the only Green Bay fan in a sea of patriots jerseys, and I smile alllllll day, except for during Vikings games, Favre makes me want to cry. Last week at work I wore my Favre jersey with a sign on the back that said "Favre sucks, GO PACK!", but when the camera closed in on his face while everyone was boo-ing I couldn't help but want to give the guy a hug. He played an amazing game. Eeeesh.



Halloween was amazing, went over to Harper's Ferry in Allston to see The L.A. Mob play. Got a little drunk and wound up getting sent home from work the next day due to a massive hangover. I was embarrassed, I'm 27 and I can't hang the way I used to. *sigh*

This whole week has been a blur of responsibility. I worked every day or night (tonight is my one night off), I registered for my GRE math course which I will start on November 9th, I paid a bunch of bills and sent out a few emails... most importantly, it's looking like I will finally have a beautiful set shot in January, don't wanna say too much about it but I am incredibly excited about working with everyone involved, and just YAY!

Tonight, drinks. I want an espresso martini.
