i just finished re-looking at one of my favourite books and i want to tell you all about it ...
it was put together by an artist called Frank Warren
is called Post Secret.
and nothing gives such a feeling of calm than realising everyone else in the world has secrets too ...
The amazing thing about this book is it provides at outlet for the secret keeper to write down and send off their thoughts and get it out of their head. Also provides comfort in the fact that you are not alone ,all humans are metal fuck ups with crazy thoughts and huge hidden pasts
no one is prefect ...
