I am back from the cruise... it was a blast, but not relaxing at all. I have so much work to catch up on this week... at least I'll be in town.

thanks for the kind words. even though it was coming for awhile and a relief in a way, it's totally strange and surreal.

i have a kick-ass casserole recipe. indeed, a well-ordered clusterfuck of ground beef, onions, tomato soup, veggies topped by mashed potatoes. one of the best ways to remember mom.

Next weekend I go on a 7 day cruise... That will be fun. I have actually never been on a cruise before. The places of interest are: Jamaica, Montego Bay, Georgetown, Cayman, and Cozumel. Well, I think I am officially an insomniac... again. If I add up the hours of sleep I had since monday,,, I have had 8 hours. Tonight I know I will get 2 and a half at the most. What the f?!?
