Here is another Socially Abrasive poem in ode to my heartburn:
Sausage
Mmmm... pork fat. Sausage is one of the few meats that is acceptable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. My favorite time to eat sausage is at breakfast. The sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich is perhaps the greatest breakfast sandwich ever created. There are times that I swear I'd consider cutting off my pinky finger for a great sausage sandwich... those times I am usually drinking heavily. Next time you eat any kind of pork fat, namely sausage, don't think of how bad it may be for your heart or cholesterol levels... but of how good it is for your soul. As a matter of fact, I believe that the new slogan approved by the USDA for marketing sausage is:
"Sausage... its good for the soul."
