I'm moving in 16 days... 27 miles north. Its official... So now I have to rent out that part of my duplex fairly soon... I don't want to get stuck paying for two places for too long! First I have to get the carpet replaced and add a new garbage disposal. Also, my "December Bender" starts in 22 days. The area I am moving to is excellent for it.

Since I'm into numbers... here is one 24... as in minutes I was placed on hold today, by a company that I do a lot of business with... not cool!
