So this morning as I'm about to get a Lyft for the first full day of the Rebel Rock festival I come to find out the entire event has been cancelled. No warning, last night's "pre party" happened and people showed up today with the entire weekend being axed less than an hour before gates opened. I feel like this will continue to develop but good lord this sucks, especially when I took time off from work for what was to be a 4 day event.
Barely an hour after processing this and seeing the shitshow unfold I get an email about next month's Ministry show with Helmet and Front Line Assembly. That message being the entire tour was postponed to March and none of the openers will be on the tour anymore.
Good lord today sucked......
