Oof the few months I've had, saw family for the first time in nearly 2 years in what was a fairly exhausting exercise. After that a barrage of work broken up by some concerts and conventions. They were a great time but very little sleep. Now I'm prepping to work the busy Halloween season at work.
Amidst this I did see a friend from my youth had passed away after a long battle with cancer. This was a tough one to take and alot was the fact that it'd been years since we spoke. Life is short and lord it comes at you fast.
