Initially I was thinking about recent years, earlier this month the FB memories showed a traumatic event 3 years ago and another 7 years ago on the same day. This and the other terrible things going on in the world it's been a rough time for reflection. Even looking back on here right before I left the site I had posted about a roommate taking his life (it's now been 6 years since).

As I was thinking about this I saw the date and saw us passing a year since we first went into quarantine. When everything changed. So much has happened since and it's still almost too much to process. I miss the way things were but am thankful for what has kept me going.

As I sit here I just reflect on it all, who knows what the future holds but we'll just keep on pressing ahead to better days....
