-ROTR was awesome, best year yet
-I then proceeded to work 17 of the next 19 days
-working out/training harder than ever, ran for the first time in years



yeah kinda basic, also found out just now the awesome band Eye Empire is playing 10 minutes from me tonight, so umm fuck yeah
