-doing good so far with Lent(and Philly Beer Week was pushed to June, so yeah awesome)
-almost a week into the Hydroxicut(only once a day, but energy kick is there)
-trying to get to some more shows(only been to one so far this year)
-checking out some new things for the denim jacket and vest respectively
-commiting to some artwork tommorow, have a few ideas so Im just gonna throw some out there
-saw a former coworker, I can see hanging out now without awkwardness
-the US is doing great in the Olympics, thats pretty cool
-Phils are in spring training, hopefully another great year
-probably other stuff I was gonna put here, but internet was down all weekend and I forgot



On a final note, the Eagles have released Brian Westbrook, this is sad but was a long time coming(I felt atleast, this season kinda laid things out for it to go this way). I think he'll always be remembered for his time here, but it's time to move on(maybe try Ladanian Tomlinson, who is also a free agent now).
