Day off today, I honestly plan on doing NOTHING, and enjoying it
-last day of the 1st part of the Jillian Michaels detox, I feel good, hopefully it's working
-starting to have a set meal schedule and get to the gym more(all good progress I feel)
-coming together with some ideas for a few projects, Im using my time off to compile them
-the SIxers and Flyers are looking better, and 9 Eagles made the Pro Bowl(we need some chamopionships!)
-on another huge plus, my hair seems to be growing back(which is nice to know)
-although Im not really drinking hard liquor anymore(kills my reflux) I had vodka that was signed by Dan Akroyd
-and with the news of the American Carnage tour(Slayer/Megadeth/Testament) being postponed until Aug-Sept Megadeth has decided to go on a headlining run in March with TESTAMENT and EXODUS(HUGE lineup) and they will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of "Rust In Peace"(IGN named Rust in Peace the 4th most influential heavy metal album of all time, after Metallica's Master of Puppets, Black Sabbath's Paranoid and Iron Maiden's The Number of the Beast.-thanks wiki) by playing all of it from start to finish. Closest show is Baltimore, I have to see this!
so yeah, 1st month is almost done, kind of a hangover month from last year, but hopefully things are looking up
