so the health is kinda improving, getting more info soon about classes, and getting prepper for bigger workouts

basically Ive already set asside the weekend of Rock On The Range as a vacation, because the next few months will suck(alot)


and less than 2 days until the lineup for this years Mayhem Festival is announced, they will be official on Wed afternoon, but here's the big rumored names:

so yeah, that's kinda it really, 24 is back on(always fun) and the playoffs kind sucked so far(except seeing dallas humiliated, that ruled)
