anyway off to the gym in a bit(been slacking bad) and Im changing what I eat on a regular basis, opting to do smoothies as an option for lunch followed by an after workout snack(thank you Mens Health for making bacon healthy, mmmmm) so heres what I blended today as a pre workout drink
1 Banana
1 Blood Orange
1 Starfruit
1/2 Plum
2 to 3 oz. Pomegranite juice
handful of Blackberries
2 spoonfuls of Creatine
I make a damn good smoothie(of course its thick as hell too), then Ill be cranking my latest gym mix on shuffle, probbaly do 15-20 of running, followed by some weights, then maybe another run(dont want to over exert myself yet), here's what songs I have playing:
