LOL. anyways i will be in NYC for a few days this week. leaving sunday and staying till tuesday. I hope the weather is nice, because i wana ride my bike around town, walking in the rain or snow is not fun either.
So I hope my shift leader gets fired. He is facing some serious thought from my managers. I understand that he is going through some shit with moving and his personal life. But, this dude fucking makes me work so hard, and spend half if not more of his day outside and on his fone. I mean there is some things that can be over looked, but i cant deal with it. His job is to clean up the store, and get it ready for the next day. He cant do it, or chooses not to. I get stuck with cleaning up after him, and im so over it. it is like taking care of a retarded 3 yearold, who is on a power trip. The deciding thing for me, about him getting fired was when he almost wacked me in the face tonight. He is pissed and tired, but nothing new. Get used to it dude, it is called work for a reason. Try and make it better, not fuck it up. He is taking off the headset for drive though and throwing it on the counter, while almost wacking me in the face with the cord. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK DUDE. fucking smack in the face. the cord gets in the way of the register closeing, yeah i was in the middle of ringing someone out. I hope he gets fired!
Someone might be thinking it sucks to get fired, but this dude cant do his job. My manager is debating taking away his blue shirt, which is the shift leader position, and moving him to day shifts. That will be civil, but i feel he will just quit, if not slack off more, and get himself fired.
He forgot to lock the back door to the store at least 3 times in the past month. Matt is his name, and that just seems to be a fucker name. A ex roomate of mine named Matt, still owes me like 700 bucks for back rent.
