I'm hitting self-destruct again. It's the only way I can cope. I came straight home from work last night.. and suffered. I'm suffering today too. The mornings aren't great, but I just turn my music up to drown out my thoughts and focus on getting ready for the day. It was really busy last night at work so no time for tears last night. It's after work when it all hits me again... drink and drugs help.
