Recently I have been drinking and certainly eating a hell of a lot of crap. It's making me feel rank, sluggish, tired and just generally shit. As of next week though I'm going back to my regular healthy eating habits - starting with a weeks detox first. A week of drinking only fruit smoothies (no dairy) and eating as much fruit and veg as I want will no doubt be an expensive one, but hell it's gonna be worth it.

Probably not the best way to start but I completely pigged out yesterday. Had a burger for lunch, smoked a few bongs and spent the night pigging out watching films. Was kinda like a farewell to fatty foods, lol.

I am looking forward to getting healthy again. The first few days will be hard - but once the sugar and crap is out of my system then the cravings will stop. The only time I struggle is when I have the munchies. Anyone recommend decent munchie food for when I'm stoned?

Back to work next week. Gonna be hard not drinking alcohol but it will be done.

good luck with the detox, i really need to do that...i'm eating so much crap and havent got my running gear here so i'm completely unmotivated to excercise...hello tummy and horrible hips!

and thanks for reading anyway...it was just a place to vent more than anything because if i just let it bubble all away then ugh...i'll become bitter and twisted and horrible
