Easy ways to get pics smaller....
if you have outlook/outlook express then email it to yourself by right clicking on file and saying send to|mail recipient and chose the "make my pictures smaller" option
... or otherwise upload at easypichost.com .. there's a resize option on the 'view images' bit.
