Well,Ive seen firsthand the proof that Cherry is a photographic genius... 
That has proved to be the high point of...well...pretty much the year so far really,what with one thing and another,2006 isnt impressing me much...
Only thing that made me laugh recently was being told I work in a total 'meat market' and that all the guys I work with are 'hot'. Hmm...That must have come from someone who has never sat in the staffroom listening to them belch,fart and talk about such charming topics as 'spaniel tits' and who is worth 'doing' on Maxim this year.They are all lovely really,but the thought of viewing any of them in that context makes me feel weak at the stomach rather than the knees.Doesnt seem to stop all the 15 yr olds coming in giggling and hopelessly flirting though...Actually,the girls who are worst come from a private,all girls school,and they actually scare the guys! More than once Ive been told to 'stand still and hold that box in front of me so they cant see me' or 'Im hugging you so they will leave me alone'. Problem is,the girls then think that all us female workers are dating the guys,and it gets bitchy...ah well,its all in good fun,and Im so many years older than most of them its kind of fun to sit back and try and untangle the 'who fancies who'. It gets quite complicated after a while...Its so nice to just sit and think,'nope,I never have to worry about that whole 'does he like me' thing ever again!'
