and if you are curious as to what retarded situation happened with said boyfriend, here goes:

when he left for work he left a bag of $50 worth of weed in my workshop. when he got home the bag wasn't there. the only person that had been in my workshop all day was my roommate and friend Nick. I confronted Nick about it and kicked him out....etc. Nick denies still taking it. but Brooklyn wanted to take $50 worth of Nick's stuff as collateral and kick his ass. I wouldn't let him. I wanted to have more proof that Nick was the one that took it....b/c there were other possibilities even though i have been learning lately that Nick is not trustworthy. I offered to give Brooklyn $50 for the weed but he wont take my money. they way that i look at it Nick is my responsibility. He says that I shouldn't let people treat me like a doormat and that he can't date someone that lets people treat them that way. The thing is, I knew Nick had problems when he moved in. He lives here pretty much for free b/c i am trying to help him work his way through a hard time. That is why I think that Nick is my responsiblity. That is why i couldn't let him just kick Nick's ass and why I was willing to fork over the $50. I don't know what else to do or what I can say but I want to fix all of this and make it better. I just don't know how.
