yesterday was one awesomely fantastic day.
i know i haven't updated in a while. i just haven't had anything really to report. everything had been same old same old for me and i haven't been feeling very social or very productive.
i met a guy on myspace...which i know is incredibly lame and all that jazz. i was really nervous about it myself. he initiated conversation with me and it is weird b/c we know all the same people but have somehow managed to have never met. so he wanted to hang out with me yesterday, being his one day off and i was helping david move all of his stuff from his storage unit to his new house that he is moving into....so mr. myspace guy got suckered into helping us move. it was awesome though b/c 1. he actually showed up instead of waiting to hang out after we got through moving david. and 2. it was cool b/c we got to interact and since we were busy, it got rid of all of that nervous stupid "i don't know what to stay" stuff that i always go through when i first meet somebody. he got along with my friends and my mom adores him, along with my sister and all my friends. it is awesome! so far i really like him, and we spent so much time together that we talked about all kinds of stuff. and he likes star wars, and video games, and comic books and doctor who and good movies, and good music AND he thinks that i am super cool for liking all those things too. and when he came to hang out yesterday, he brought me a light saber AND a mixed cd he made for me. *sigh*
nick was in a great mood yesterday too which was nice. i hope that he came make it through this week at work without getting into quite so much of a depressed funk. i feel so bad, like there is something that i should do. i really hope that he starts liking his job better. or at least can get passed it. once he gets that first paycheck though, i think it should get better.
