what is up with this christmas? everything is so incredibly surreal. i got online today to an article about pickets of the "merry christmas" thing beating up a santa. poor guy. all he was there to do is earn some extra money for christmas and was probably only getting paid minimum wage to do it....and the people that did it were grown women that could have been anyone's mom.
when i worked in a toy store, nine times out of then, the shoplifters that stole more pricey stuff were mothers and they usually had their kids with them.
so i'm going to an "undead" party the day after christmas....already got my costume picked out. hexxt in atlanta had a tim burton/halloween themed party on saturday and a friend emailed me to invite me to a costume party for new years. are we so afraid of christmas that we have decided just to revert back to halloween? let's completely forget that this holiday even existed.
