last night i got to eat sushi and bought indigo prophecy for the xbox. that's going to keep me busy for at least a day or two. oh yeah...and we saw jarhead finally too. i did like it. it was really good but not BRILLIANT like i was hoping it might be. i do plan to purchase it when it comes out.

my friend david wrecked his car last night but is okay. totally totalled it b/c he hydroplaned into another car. today he is going to buy a new car...just like that. that kid can manage his money better than anyone i know. i can't imagine having the ability to just pick up and go buy a new car as soon as i wrecked the old one.

i took my case with Brooklyn regarding the harrassment and stuff to the cops. I have asked them to talk to him for me. if they can't settle everything and get him to leave me alone then i am going to press formal charges. no matter what, they are now aware of everything that is going on. i printed out every single email that he has sent me since the last time i saw him which was on the 9th of november. some of them dirty which was humiliating for me but i wanted them to have a thorough understanding and him not be able to claim i left anything out.
