Yay to the long weekend. I work in sales and the last week of the month is always fucking insane.
I left my house at 5am this morning to make sure I had the best ending to the month. Fuck, it was beautiful, as I can only ever remember going to bed at this time, not leaving 🧠😂 I turned the corner from my house and suddenly loads of lorikeets (parakeets) started singing. On the other end of my journey (1 hour) I got to blast Metal for an hour in the office with no-one else in.
It’s 11pm, I’m a night owl and exhausted.
It’s a long weekend here in NSW and I’m going to Australian Comkc-Con tomorrow. I get to meet one of my major heroes - Scott Ian of Anthrax and not only that, I entered an air guitar competition where he’s the judge. Photos to follow.
