I got engaged

It wasnt easy because we are apart. Love letters and poetry involved Hehe

Then the great, respected force that is the Austrialian high commission decided to decline my visa application.... oh and keep my 1200 application fee. Absolute fuckiong joke. We provided everything and more requested of them, but such is life and one must move on.

So, not ideal, but the three weeks holiday I paid for my Girl to come over in September is now an extended stay. Its all pretty stressful and at times scary, but worse things happen at sea We just have to take it as it comes and if nothing else shall make for awesome pirate tales. If we can deal with this shit and not yell at each other we should be ok.

What else is happening? Well my life at present is 12 hour shifts in a boring, but job safe, call centre. alking to idiots that constantly talk over you and have no manners whatsoever. What is wrong with society? A bit of decorum goes a long way in my book...

Anyway 12 hour shifts followed by 2 hour skype calls and video games. Then repeat ad infinitum. Still Tempus Fugit as they say and it will. It doesn't really help that I am currently living with my parents, something that I have not gdone for so long since I was 16, or that I am in a town where people constantly stare at me because my clothes dont come from the one 'clone shopping' place the town seems to have, and I am in possession of some tattoos that do not relate to some ancient battle that divided Scotland or the local football team. It really is a bit of a prison sentance at present but just have to save my money for September.

Bit of a rant on here, but thats why SG is good. I feel I can share good and bad on here....
