Woke up in a good mood. Slight stiffness in my arm, but if thats the worst then I;ll live with this. None of the extreme pain I was warned about. In fairness though I have an extremely high pain threshold, always have. I once Jumped out of a tree (my crows nest) and ran up my path fell on a stake id made with a penknife,, aged 8, pulled it out and walked until I collapsed. Very embarrassing when ky frineds knocked the front door to tell my mum that I had 'stabbed myself'. Ive always been pretty accident prone, but thought Id grown out of breaks and bad wounds. At most lately I bang my head a lot due to my height and the fact most things are designed for smaller people.

still have to work out how the shower is going to work..I dont want to find out how much flexiblility my arm has by having a catastrophe. but my OCd demands two showers a day, and I have to get up soon. Could be fun.

So I finally booked Vancouver. damn that is going to be sweet! Good or Bad this year has been the most memorable I can think of in a long time, so this is just going to make it better. I truly cant wait. Going to hang with voodou & cruella their friends and my friend Jon who I always promised to have a beer with - but when he was back in London, didnt think Id be travelling the world to keep a promise My life is full of spontinaety, always has been, but this takes the biscuit...My Friend Chris says I l

My little sister is my Heroine, booked the flight for peanuts. Staff travel. I will just about be out of a sling when I get there, but thats not going to stop me from being active. Shit, if I was walking about a few hours after a major operation then Im ready to do anything.
