Just finished a shit shift at work......On my feet for 11 1/2 hours with a 30 minute break....that in their wisdom they decided to issue to me 90 minutes after starting. Staying in tonight, I dont go out in England when the World cup is on. It only takes one idiot, and my freak magnet seems to be charged right now. Got attacked a few years ago by some little pricks in the West Midlands...the crime I committed...I spoke and they took offense to a Scottish accent. I unfortunately had to kick their arses, but then the rest of the pub wanted to 'jock bash' 
Best out of it I say! 
This town is pretty damn tolerent though!
I got my holidays from work booked today. at first I was denied, but then told my boss that he gave me permission at the interview we had. The old Jedi mind trick worked
So Another randomly cool thing is happening in my life! Holidays in Canada! Just need to find the finances....there are lots of merchant vessels for a pirate of my calibre to rob though!
God knows I need a holiday though. Even though Im pretty positive in life, the last few months have been unbeleivably difficult.....Losing my Job, and in turn my career I worked my arse off to get, working minimum wage - in jobs that to be fair were pretty rewarding in their own way, Ive learn a lot about myself! Still work is starting to pick up again! Leaving my house, walking out on my missus, leaving my cats
and a hell of a lot of my stuff (I dont know yet whats in storage and whats gone) Moving to Brighton, Finding there isnt a scene as such like Im used to (or at least I havent found it yet!) Spending more time than I ever want to again in my own company (I love ME time, but there is a limit) and renting a room of a guy that goes crazy with little notes, makes snide comments about my tattoos and sometimes stands over me when Im cooking and chilling out, and is always trying to work out if Im stoned. Its a totally different world I live in than I did this time last year...Still given the choice every time Id still take the red pill
My only regret...well that I never shouild have moved back to Scotland. Its like when they go back to the shire and everything has changed. Onwards and upwards Brothers and Sisters!!!!!
Looking forward to meeting some likeminded people this weekend.........should be good!
