Life is pretty good right now, but with all the drama in my life lately that worries me
Making some really exciting plans for the future. spoke at length with my Sis yesterday, she is just awsome. ive been struggling to get back into a job im qualified for since I got made redundant in January, and to be honest I cant see it happening in Scotland for a good while. I just need some stability in my life, and ive got tons of great friends that will put me up....and put up with me
but I need a place to call my own. Im to old to sleep in someones spare room night after night...
So, Im making plans to move to Brighton, although I have no idea yet about timescales. I have a temporary job that lasts until the end of April, and may be able to transfer down. Everything is a bit up in the air, but I cant beleive how calm and rational I have remained. Without sounding arrogant, Im really proud of myself.
Ive still got some bridges to cross, and mountains to climb, though.
I have to still make arrangements to meet with my ex and agree terms of surrender.. Ive not talked to her, but text conversation for first time yesterday. I told her I didnt blame her, still thought she was a great person and didnt want to taint what we had (although its long gone) and still respected her. I got a barrage of insults back, all about my insecurities. For the first time ever that didnt affect me. I felt sorry for her that that was all she could say after the amount of time we were together.
I chatted up a girl last night and ended up snogging her..hehe Nothing serious bu I felt great. Im staying with my friend Martin till tuesday, and then with my friend Ewelina for rest of week. I have proper OCD normally but when Im at someone elses its just mental..Martin stayed at his Gfreinds last night and Im seriously thinking of cleaning his house. already airing it... He was slagging me last night for the contents of my manBag (or as I call it my anarchists Purse) Ive got deodorants, aftershaves, hand creams and hand sterilisers. Proper metrosexual me...LOL
I can feel the hoover calling me and cant resist any more....
