more work. 14 hour day today. thatz 50 hours in four daze... tonight i ran into to my neighbor who is local 38, i also ran into him this morning @ 545 on the way to work. so we went to OJ's around the corner and they took care of us. they always do but it is nice to be catered to for dinner in the old school, neighborhood way. they showed me a couple porterhouses to choose from, made us a fresh salad and bought us beer. the steak was the way i need it, fucking perfect for my taste. crispy outside and bloody inside.
they also thru us some fresh zabiogne, that is not how it is spelled but it is eggs, wine and whisked over a fire in a copper bowl especially for that. the lightest custard ever, fluffy and spoiled rich.
